HOw to choose the right crm system

There are so many aspects to consider when choosing a CRM system for your business or organisation. Quite rightly, you want to choose the best one for you first time. Implementing a new CRM is a lot of work, so it is worth spending the time making sure you are choosing the right one.

But, how do you choose?

Here are some things to consider when starting your journey for a new CRM:

First, think about your organisations needs and objectives.

What do you want to gain from this new system?

What does the system need to be able to do?

What are the needs of your staff?

If you have a CRM system in place, what do you like, what could be improved?

Next, get searching!

Many CRM providers offer free trials so you can play with it before you commit:

  • look at a systems user-friendliness

  • how easy it would be to adopt

  • how flexible is the system, can you adapt it to your needs

  • is it mobile accessible

  • can you integrate all of your processes

  • what are the reporting and analytic capabilities like

  • what is the customer support like from the vender. Check out their reviews!

  • Make sure all stakeholders have had a chance to play and review the top systems so that they can help you to make the right choice.

Still confused?

Remember, choosing the right CRM is a huge commitment. It has to be right for you and the organisation as a whole.

If your team aren't on board, then it is going to be impossible to fully implement the new system no matter how fancy it is.

This is where we come in!
